Using Centrify Express 5.2.4, OS X 10.11.6 and Office 2011 with a PIV user
When logging into the Exchange server from Outlook, it takes many pin entries authentication to occur.
Several pins are also required when Outlook tries to sync.
We set up an account for a user who does not have a PIV CAC and they did not have these problems.
